Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds are provided on Vedaorix (the "Platform"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Consultations

As consultations are delivered services, fees are generally non-refundable once a session has started or been completed.
If a paid session could not take place due to a verified technical failure on our side, or the expert did not respond within the committed time, you may request a refund or a wallet credit.
Free consultations (including coupon/free-chat offers) carry no monetary value and are not refundable.

2. Wallet Recharges

Amounts added to your Vedaorix wallet are intended for use on the Platform and are generally non-refundable to the original payment method. Unused wallet balance remains available for future services, subject to applicable law.

3. Shop Products

Eligible physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Certain items — such as energised, personalised or consumable products — may be non-returnable for hygiene or authenticity reasons; this is indicated on the product page.
Refunds for approved returns are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, contact us at support@vedaorix.com with your order/booking ID and a brief description. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days through our payment processor (Razorpay). The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
