These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vedaorix platform and services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of Services

Vedaorix is a marketplace that connects users with independent astrologers, consultants and spiritual experts, and offers related products. Consultations and content are provided for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other advice. 3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Consultations & Experts

Experts are independent practitioners and not employees of Vedaorix. We facilitate connections, payments and a chat platform, but we do not control, and are not responsible for, the opinions, advice or conduct of any expert. You are responsible for how you choose to act on any guidance received.

5. Payments, Wallet & Coupons

• Fees for consultations and products are displayed before purchase and are payable in advance.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying, you agree to its terms.
• Wallet balances and promotional coupons (including free-chat offers) are subject to their stated conditions, are non-transferable, and have no cash value unless required by law.
• We may modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harassing purposes; impersonate others; attempt to gain unauthorised access; disrupt the Platform; misuse free offers (for example by creating multiple accounts); or post unlawful, obscene or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Vedaorix and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit it without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality of Chats

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Consultation chats are intended to remain private between you and the expert (and our authorised staff for support and quality purposes). Recording, sharing or distributing chats without consent is prohibited.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any particular outcome will result from a consultation. No specific results are promised or guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedaorix and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions taken in reliance on any consultation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedaorix from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at the location of our registered office shall have jurisdiction. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing other remedies.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
